Mrs. Judy Gavin
Upper Elementary Mathematics Teacher

Mrs. Gavin graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in the area of Marketing from Midwestern State University. She worked in banking as a teller supervisor for four years. After that, she began teaching first grade at St. Mary’s in Gainesville, Texas. While teaching, she went to Texas Women’s University, in Denton to become teacher certified. She began teaching at Holy Rosary the first year it opened as the first grade teacher. After being at Holy Rosary for seven years, her family moved to Madison, Alabama. There, she taught second grade at St. John’s for half a year, when her family was fortunate enough to move back to Texas. The following year, Mrs. Gavin returned to Holy Rosary as the Upper School Math teacher. She has 15+ years of teaching experience. Her family includes her husband, Michael, son, Drew, and daughter, Mandi. Both of them attend Nolan Catholic High School.
