A graduate of Washburn University with a BA in Home Economics and an AA in Child Development. She has been a Kindergarten teacher's assistant since 1994; at Holy Rosary Catholic School since 1997. She is married with one teenage daughter, and two teenage sons. Her interests include garage sales, reading, sewing, volleyball and listening to classical music
