School Year 2009-2010
Holy Rosary Catholic School is currently accepting applications for new students entering grades
that have openings. The enrollment status of all grades is shown below.School Year 2009-2010
You may download an application form by clicking this link. Holy Rosary maintains a waiting list for all grades that are closed. You may put your child’s name on this list by calling the office at 817.419.6800.
Families must provide (1) birth certificate (official, not hospital), (2) baptismal certificate, and (3) immunization record at the time of application.
As soon as possible after applying, the following items must be turned into the school office: (1) school records, (2) new student information sheet, and (3) diocesan school exit form if necessary. Form number 3 must be obtained from your previous school office. We will tell you if it is needed.
